Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

From your infinity edge pool, you will marvel at the scenery of the bay and the town below. Standing on your wooden deck, you can opt to lounge in the sun, head beneath the covered portico to lounge or dine in the sea air or stroll over to the dining pavilion where you might enjoy a cocktail, morning coffee or meal at sunset, beneath the stars or even before sunrise.
From the wooden deck, you can also step into the formal living room area. This has enormous glass doors that can be opened to enable you to enjoy access to the portico space as well. Here you can enjoy the comfortable sofas as you talk and chat or as you watch a late-night movie on the entertainment system. The living room leads to the gourmet kitchen where all of the latest technologies enable you to prepare delicious meals made from local ingredients.
The Villa Nocean can be rented as a one or two-bedroom property. The bedrooms are cleverly located at opposite ends of the building to offer optimal privacy. Both offer large, and high-ceilinged spaces. They have bathrooms, direct access to their own terrace areas, and enormous wardrobes to accommodate all of your belongings.
