At first glance, Villa Kokomo seems similar to many other vacation homes on the island, but not many can rival the sheer size and amenities that this one offers. The main outdoor space is centered around the stunning curved infinity pool that reaches right up to the building at one end. The generous pool deck provides a place to sunbathe while enjoying the panoramic views over Toiny Bay and beyond. Take a few steps down to another level and you’ll find an additional sunbathing deck, right by the jacuzzi. With multiple levels, there are many different spaces for socializing or alone time, depending on the mood.
Step inside and this villa continues to impress. The main living space features architectural details that are part Caribbean, part adobe with its dark wood sloping ceilings and archways. Despite being an indoor space, the lounge with its large comfy sofa, has an indoor-outdoor feel helped by the tiled floors,and doors that fully retract out of sight. Behind the sofa is a pool table for fun times, while the kitchen, to one end of the space is fully equipped and fronted by a large dining table with wonderful views. As well as the pool table, this villa has a dedicated Game Room with Ping Pong and Table Football, an office, and an amazing Home Cinema room.
The three bedrooms do not disappoint either. All very spacious and similarly sized, each has an ensuite bathroom, access to a terrace and spellbinding views to wake up to. The furnishings and decorative touches are all splendid yet there is a very homey and comfortable feel to Villa Kokomo. All in all, this vacation home would be perfect for an extended family with older children due to the many amenities that it offers, or as a private retreat for three couples who love to socialize and have fun.
