Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

As you enter Villa Cairn you’re immediately drawn to the outside and the outstanding views that lie before you. The extensive terrace is a prime focal point of this villa, spilling out from the main open plan living area, with steps down to a lower sundeck and the gorgeous pool which, at close to 50 feet long, straddles almost the entirety of the outdoor living space and is oriented to make the most of those grand views at all times. In the main, the style of architecture here is typical for St Barths with white walls and pyramid-shaped roofs, but of course, there is a modern feel to this villa too.
The turquoise blues of the bay below are echoed throughout the internal spaces with little bursts of blues in the soft furnishings and even in the glassware. Sunset hues of orange and red can also be found scattered around this villa, providing a fun playful atmosphere that breaks up the dominant whites. The large outdoor terrace runs the entire length of the living space and beyond, so you benefit from that indoor/outdoor feel even when cozying up on one of the sofas in front of the TV. Between the living room and the kitchen, a beautiful natural wood dining table dominates the space, or you can dine alfresco beneath the terrace canopy.
At either end of the socializing zone is a bedroom, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, sharing the same views out to the bay and beyond. The third bedroom is a little secluded from others, set to one side of the terrace, and the fourth enjoys its own bungalow setting. Each ensuite is modern and bright with large walk-in showers, and because there are king beds and ensuite bathrooms to all four bedrooms, Villa Cairn is the ideal choice for four couples.
