Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

The house is arranged over two levels, with the main living areas located on the pool level. The spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen open directly onto the terrace and swimming pool, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. The villa features two master bedrooms and 2 smaller bedrooms. The first master bedroom is located on the main level next to the living room and includes an adjoining small bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child. The second master bedroom is located on the lower level, together with two additional smaller bedrooms.
