This rental villa is centered around the 30ft long pool that is bordered by a lovely teak wood pool deck. This opens out at one end, providing a spacious sunbathing and observation deck where the sweeping views are possibly at their best. At the opposite end, a nice quiet spot just outside one of the bedrooms, where you can lie back with a good book, enjoying the shade of a welcome palm tree, or hang around in the comfy hanging chair, sitting under the covered terrace. This terrace is also home to a unique, broad, reclaimed wood dining table facing the views, for the best in alfresco dining.
Reclaimed wood is a theme that is continued throughout the villa, in the living room with its two coffee tables, and in the bathrooms with their wood-faced vanities. Simply decorated with touches of wood giving warmth to the predominantly white color scheme, the villa is further brightened by colorful cushions and the occasional large-scale photographic art on the walls. Spend time socializing in the central living room – one large open space with sliding doors that fully retract to expose the views and let gentle sea breezes through. There’s a relaxing TV zone at one end and a large kitchen eating bar at the other while the fully equipped kitchen lies against the rear wall.
Villa Summertime’s four separated bedrooms make this the ideal vacation home for a family with older children, or perhaps four sets of couples. Two bedrooms straddle either side of the central living area, both with beautiful views to wake up to each morning. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the lower level; one is of equal size and has its own private balcony, while the fourth could be the master suite with its larger proportions, including desk area and massive bathroom, and its restful garden views with glimpses of the sea.
