The house covers 536 m² of living space across two levels and features two impressive swimming pools. The first villa, Ti Manoir Voltaire, located on the lower level, includes three en-suite bedrooms, a tropical garden, and a terrace with a 30-meter pool with views of the ocean. A Japanese-style pond with fish and a waterfall sits between the two buildings. The upper villa, Manoir Voltaire, is accessible by stairs or elevator and offers 4 en-suite bedrooms, a spacious open-plan living area, a large terrace, and a 52-meter-long infinity pool, the longest in St Barths, facing the bay.
