Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

The windmill itself provides a most original and romantic setting for the master bedroom, complete with en suite bathroom and terrace facing the beach. Located in the main part of the villa are two further bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and picturesque view through tall French windows. The four bedrooms are stylishly decorated following the colonial theme, combining antique pieces with more recent classical designs.
