With such a seamless flow from inside to outside spaces, it’s difficult to tell sometimes where one space ends and the other begins. Of course, this makes The property is the perfect place for families and friends to gather together and enjoy each other’s company. Perhaps the best place to do this is outside, whether around the swimming pool, on the large sun terrace, or the sprawling covered terrace that is home to the outdoor dining and living areas, and a fun little game zone. For an amazing sunset view, head up through the tropical gardens along a steep path to an elevated deck.
The contemporary styling is very evident on the inside of this villa where the main space is semi-open plan, providing a little break between living room and kitchen. The kitchen itself is stunning with its warm teak wood cabinetry contrasting against the sleek stainless steel appliances. Back in the living room there are comfy sofas for sitting back and watching TV or enjoying the views, while on a lower floor is the villa’s gym.
With 6 bedrooms in total, the house has space for up to 12 guests, and there’s plenty of separation between them. The Master suite is large and has its own sitting area and dressing room, and a lovely ensuite bathroom. Two more of the ensuite bedrooms are on this main level, and there are two further bedrooms on the lower floor. One, with kitchenette, offers a surprising self-contained studio space while the other has access to a serene cactus garden. The final bedroom is very private with a king four poster bed set in its own little bungalow, however, the bathroom is in an adjacent bungalow.
