Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

Three existing island homes were skillfully transformed to create this expansive "sea house," boasting a unique layout. Located directly on Flamands Beach, the house offers direct beach access along with a charming swimming pool and a spacious terrace, slightly elevated above the shore. The upper patio provides sweeping views of the bay. While there's no indoor living room, the large covered outdoor living area overlooking the ocean more than compensates, complemented by numerous spaces for sunbathing or socializing.
The kitchen and formal dining room make up the communal internal space of this villa, so with no indoor living room, this is the main place for gathering with friends and family when not enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen displays plenty of stainless steel and has everything the chef desires for preparing tasty meals when you don’t feel like dining out
A total of seven bedrooms makes this a great villa for several families vacationing together, or a group of friends. Four are Master Suites with wonderful ocean views and their own little lounge areas for times when alone time is desired. Two are on the main level, and the other two are directly above with an additional terrace each. The next two bedrooms are behind the kitchen, without views but homely and inviting all the same. The seventh bedroom sits on its own above the entrance to the villa so could be a good choice for older children or staff.
