Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

Red roofs and white walls give this villa a traditional Caribbean feel on the outside, while rich wood cladding bridges the gap from inside to out, delivering a nice transition to the modern interior. Outdoor life revolves around the fabulous long infinity pool, designed so guests can walk right into it from the terrace, or dip their toes in while relaxing on one of the many sun loungers. The infinity pool virtually spills into the bay when looking at it from certain angles, giving the impression you could swim right into the bay from here. The covered terrace extends the outdoor living space with spots for gathering together, for relaxing, and dining.
The internal living space is modern and bright, designed with fun and socializing in mind. Sitting under a traditional vaulted Caribbean ceiling, there are splashes of bright colors and a diverse mix of decorative pieces. One end of the room is the place for relaxation, maybe with the TV on in the background. Between the sofas and the kitchen is the games zone, with table football and backgammon. The kitchen is fronted by a massive island with stools for ten, inviting guests to sit for breakfast or enjoy a drink before heading out to the covered terrace with its large dining table and amazing views.
With its six bedrooms, all fairly equally sized, Villa June St Barts is a great choice for a group of couples or for an extended family on vacation. There are three levels in total to the villa, joined by stairs as well as an elevator. The main level, with pool and living area, has three ensuite bedrooms. Two of these can be connected, if required. The third bedroom set at one end of the terrace. The other three ensuite bedrooms are down one level on the middle floor where there is also a great home theater room with seating for nine, and a fitness room.
