It is the utilization of beautiful warm wood on the exterior of Villa Jable that gives the wow factor, and when combined with the amazing views, staying here will be nothing but memorable. Set over two levels, with extensive terraces on both, the outside spaces are enormous. The lower level features the sunbathing deck and two swimming pools: one is shallow while the other is great for laps at 45 feet long. To one side of the terrace is a sunny seating area, jutting out to ensure the best possible outlook of the daily sunset, and the bar down here is a popular feature. On the level above, adjacent to the main living area, are multiple spots for relaxing, socializing and dining, some covered and some open to the sun.
With such an abundance of outdoor living space, the interior of Villa Jable may be under utilized, but, it’s a gorgeous space too with vaulted whitewashed ceilings covering the spacious living room that has oversized doors that fully retract to allow a great flow from indoor to out.There is a live edge dining table inside in addition to the alfresco dining table, and, to the rear is the very modern kitchen with its charcoal black cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. As a bonus there is also an office space on this level.
Six bedrooms allow up to 12 guests to stay in comfort, and the configuration of bedrooms makes this a great villa for families or groups of friends. On the main level are two Masters, one of which connects to the smaller third bedroom and is hence ideal for visiting with children. This is the only one of the bedrooms that does not feature an ocean view. Another three bedrooms are on the lower level. Two of these are European Kings while the third can be configured either as a Euro King or two twins. All six bedrooms are ensuite and are elegantly minimal with modern and comfortable furnishings.
