The whitewashed exterior of Villa Iris is broken up by Contemporary touches of grays and blacks, both inside and out. Reaching across the entire length of the villa, the main terrace has many spots where you can lounge, dine or sunbathe, all centered around a gorgeous infinity pool where large sunshades can be angled to provide shade or sun throughout the day. Continue past the main terrace and you come to a more secluded spot, sheltered by tropical plants where you can sit and lounge, day or night.
The internal living room is superbly designed to make the most of the space with a kitchen at the rear and sofas in front, all oriented to the views. Following the modern theme and the white and gray color scheme, the kitchen is sleek and clean with everything several couples or a family could need. Walls of windows let the light in and maximize the views, and to one side of the living area is the indoor dining room, great for formal dinners, while dining tables outside offer an alfresco alternative.
The three ensuite bedrooms are all very contemporary too, but homely thanks to warmer colors in the bed linens and furnishings, and with fantastic natural photography on the walls. Two of the bedrooms grace either side of the main living space and both feature jaw-dropping views to wake up to each morning. The third bedroom, one level below, offers a unique alternative – guests can still wake to ocean views, plus there’s an adjacent fitness room with a window into the swimming pool.
