Just as the name of this property suggests, the sunsets you will experience from here really do provide a spectacular golden hue that fills the horizon. Tropical gardens surround the home, but the real highlight is the central infinity pool from which it feels you are on top of the world. The deck extends out on either side of the pool, with space for sunbathing to one end and informal dining to the other, while the main dining table spills out from the inside living area, shaded by the upper floor terrace.
The internal gathering space is dedicated to lounging and cooking, with a spacious L shape sectional sofa positioned in front of the TV, but also providing a great place to sit and relax while dreaming about the distant views. The modern kitchen is clean and sleek with its white cabinets and charcoal colored contrasting counters. The entire interior space is modern and bright, accented by occasional pieces of ethnic artwork. On the floor below, is a small fitness room where you can workout in front of the views.
The two bedrooms of Villa Golden View are separated with the first off the living area and benefiting from spectacular sea views, visible right from the bed as you wake up each morning. The bright ensuite has a spa-like quality with its attractive mix of woods and tile. The second bedroom is up one level, accessed via the staircase at the back of the living room. There is a lovely ensuite to this bedroom also, and a private terrace through a wall of sliding glass, so those views can again be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed.
