With an open pool deck and a covered terrace, there are ample options for everyone, whether you want the sun or the shade, a place to dine or lounge, with all outdoor areas providing show-stopping views of the bay.

Warm and Welcoming Ambience Created by Earthy Tonal Furnishings

The central living area sits under a soaring wood ceiling yet feels warm and cozy thanks to the use of earthy tones on the furniture and soft furnishings. There are comfy sofas here and colorful artwork adorns the walls. A door to one end leads through to the large, modern kitchen from which doors open back out onto the terrace and outdoor dining table. At the other end of the living room, wander through into the cozy library come media room and curl up with a book, enjoy the views, or watch a movie.

Elegantly Crafted Bedrooms Exuding Timeless Charm

The bedrooms are beautifully elegant. The whites on the walls and vaulted ceilings are warmed by the darker woods of the hardwood floors and on the doors and windows, and the natural tones on the soft furnishings are carried through from the living room. All three bedrooms are very generously sized and each has its own ensuite. The layout of the villa is also a winning formula with plenty of separation between the bedrooms, providing guests with all the privacy they need. The Master Bedroom actually has two bathrooms and indoor and outdoor showers, and connects through from the library, while the other two bedrooms are at the opposite end of the villa.
