Rates are per week, in USD and exclude tourism tax and service fee. A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request. All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Festive Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days.

The gingerbread frieze, pastel shades and natural wood of Villa Beach House epitomize the Caribbean style, alongside the white shutters, louvered windows and tin roof – specifically designed for a tropical climate. The wrap-around teak deck promotes an outdoor lifestyle where you can relax undercover on sun loungers or dine in the open-air, while enjoying the cool sea breezes. There is equally an area for sun lovers, bordered by sea grapes for total privacy, plus the option of gentle shade provided by majestic palms projecting through the deck. A small table, with your feet practically in the sand, is perfect for an intimate breakfast or dining under the stars.
The interior living room opens out onto this main deck and offers an intimate alternative, with its custom-made furniture and comfy cushions in neutral tones highlighted by throw pillows in marine hues. On the opposite side of the living room is the kitchen – elegantly simple in design and equipped with all the essential amenities.
The two bedrooms, attractively decorated to complement the rest of villa Beach House, both have en-suite bathrooms. Bright and airy with screened windows and tall doors, each bedroom overlooks lush tropical flora beyond the deck, where you can recline on chaise lounges or retreat to the nearby hammock. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the twin beds in the second bedroom are ideal for children or friends.
