The perfect location for a St Barts’ vacation, Villa Jocapana is set on the hillside of Lurin, overlooking Gustavia, the outer harbor, and the ocean for amazing views that come alive with color at sunset. Just a few minutes by car to the town’s excellent restaurants and bakeries, boutiques and lovely beaches, this luxury villa has perfected everything for up to six guests to enjoy.

The architecture of Villa Jocapana offers a touch of Mid-Century Modern combined with tropical hideaway. Two tall palm trees stand sentry over the 40-foot swimming pool that has an attractive turquoise color thanks to the interesting shades of tile used. The pool deck is the major gathering space, helped by the wet bar that gives a real tropical resort feel to the villa. To one side is the main building, fronting a large covered terrace for alfresco dining and lounging. Situated above everything else is an additional covered terrace with rooftop views.

Postcard perfect scenes can be gazed upon from inside the villa too, with its bank of three large opening doors from the open plan living room. This very spacious room features tall, vaulted white wood ceilings with a modern, fully equipped kitchen to one end featuring an island with seating, and the lounge to the other with its unique mid-century modern built-in cabinetry and entertainment center.

Off from the living room, although accessed from the outside, are two of the villa’s three bedrooms. Equally sized, these calming bedrooms open out to the covered terrace, and both have ensuite bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a great deal of privacy, set above the pool in a separate bungalow. With its own terrace overlooking the pool and the tropical vista beyond, the master also has a great ensuite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower.
