The location too is unbeatable: perfectly central to both Gustavia and Saint Jean, you will find yourself only 5 minutes from everything you could possible need… groceries, boutique shopping, restaurants, nightlife and gorgeous beaches, including the famed hike to the secluded cove of Colombier, just next-door.

There is an unmistakable mid-century modern flair to the villa’s split-level exteriors, characterized by the contrasting textures of wood, steel and stone facades. An imposing infinity pool features a shallow platform from which to enjoy the vista with a leisurely soak in specially designed chaise lounges. Outdoor living spaces are multiple and accentuate the view, including a cozy courtyard salon at the rear.

Grace’s interior design exemplifies an eclectic blend vintage and modern, characterized by arresting shapes, graphic patterns and quirky accents. A wide-open, central space comprises the fully air-conditioned living, dining room and kitchen, making for pleasant social interaction among guests. When it comes to trappings like tech perks and ease-of-living luxuries, expect abundance. Kitchen design is futuristic, with showy, shiny appliances, bright colors and space-age surfaces. A pass-through bar opens onto the panorama, connecting guests, chef, indoors and outdoors.

Six ample bedrooms are well scattered throughout the house, allowing for privacy when desired. Eccentric in style and splashed with color, you will find that comforts abound. Four out of six are fitted with king-sized bedding, while the remaining two propose twin beds, easily joined if needed. Each bedroom enjoys its own luxuriously appointed en suite bath, stunning views and private access to sun-flooded outdoor space.
