From the outside, architect-designed Blackstone Villa pulls off a vibe that some other villas can only dream of. The villa may be strikingly modern, but abundant use of natural materials gives Blackstone a tranquil and organic ambiance, and the staggered levels to the villa’s exterior further maximize the views and grant multiple spaces for all guests to enjoy. Soak in those views from a lounger on one of the decks, or while floating around the infinity pool; there’s even a grassy space for the little ones to run around on.

Perfect for socializing, Blackstone’s internal living area is one open space for kitchen, living and dining. Oriented to make the most of those amazing views, the villa’s interior spills to the outside thanks to the massive wall of glass doors that disappear into the wall when opened, allowing the sea breeze to gently blow through and providing a seamless transition from inside to out. Contemporary furniture defines the three indoor living spaces; one half features the sleek kitchen with breakfast island that adjoins the dining area. Here there’s enough space for 12 guests to sit and dine, while the other half of this open room is dedicated to relaxation.

Undoubtedly, one of the best things about Villa Blackstone are its six bedrooms, the views, and the level of privacy they all offer. The main floor bedroom is wheelchair accessible, has an indoor and outdoor shower, and looks out to the pool and the bay beyond. Half a level down, by the main deck and pool, is the master suite set in a separate bungalow for the ultimate in privacy, and stunning views of Marigot Bay.
