Privacy and plenty of space await in this 3-bedroom rental villa, where a cool crisp vibe combines contemporary design with traditional Caribbean architecture, all wrapped up in a great location, only a few minutes drive to many of the island’s boutique shops and fine dining restaurants.

Guests are welcomed to Villa Santa Alicia by a contemporary stone wall with wood accents, where the name of this gorgeous villa is proudly displayed. You enter the property via the large central covered terrace. An inviting space with a kind of courtyard feel that leads to all other areas of the villa and fronts onto the focal point swimming pool and beautiful bay views. This is undoubtedly where guests will spend the majority of their time, lounging, dining, sunbathing, socializing or swimming.

From the central terrace, stairs lead down to the lower level bedroom, while on this level, the second bedroom sits to one end of the pool, with the living space at the other. Facing the pool, a wall of windows in the living room retracts to give a seamless flow from inside to outside, and allow the welcoming breezes to drift through. The other aspect features a huge picture window, framing the bay and sea views. The living space itself has modern oversized sofas, great for relaxing, and a TV to one end, with the glossy, fully fitted kitchen to the rear, also benefiting from the views.

A door from the living room leads to the master bedroom where views from the bed await – to the bay from one window and out to the rock garden from the other. Behind, the ensuite bathroom is very modern and has an indoor and outdoor shower, set against the rock. All three bedrooms are of a very similar size and style; just bedroom 3 on the lower level does not feature the bay views, but throughout, this vacation villa has a high-end finish and furnishings, reminiscent of a luxury hotel.
