Villa Reef Point is a secluded oasis that feels like a boutique hotel thanks to its size and level of luxury. The gullwing configuration of the two buildings and its sprawling terrace means that square footage has been maximized without losing the view from anywhere inside or outside. The massive covered terrace and the pool deck are so large that there will never be a shortage of places to sunbathe or socialize in this rental villa. The highlight, undoubtedly, is the huge infinity pool with its crystal clear waters, protruding out towards the sea to again make the most of the views, while to the rear, koi ponds bring a serene atmosphere and add to the exclusivity of this villa.

There is such a great sense of openness here, helped by the fact that many of the exterior walls simply disappear when required, so indoor and outdoor spaces flow together as one. Set across two buildings that are connected by the covered terrace, there is ample space for gathering together over a meal, watching TV, or enjoying a good conversation. The first building you enter has the living zone, split by a central wall that divides TV area from social area, where a large bank of sofas encourage guests to sit back and relax. Across the koi pond is the second building with spacious dining room backing onto the large, modern and very well equipped kitchen. The views are exquisite from all of these communal spaces.

From the master bedroom suite in the first building, dual aspect sliding doors provide a direct view of the famous Eden Rock and there is access to the terrace and out to the pool. The second and third bedrooms are spacious suites with luxurious bathrooms, like the master, and you’ll find them at the far end of the second building. Bedroom 3 is dual aspect, offering distant sea views right from the bed, while the bed in bedroom 2 looks straight across the bay. As these two bedrooms are interconnected, they may work well for family members who do not need full privacy.
