With beautiful and expansive landscaping encircling it, this beautiful villa has a great sense of space and solitude. Distant views of St-Jean, and even the famous Eden Rock Hotel, provide plenty to look out upon, while the Lurin location of this rental villa puts guests in very close proximity to the island’s alluring capital, Gustavia, and all its shops, restaurants and activities. Shell Beach is the closest when a day on the sand calls, just a few minutes away by car.

Windswept palms, verdant green grass, tropical plants, and wide expanses of weathered deck characterize the exterior of Villa Pajoma and provide a wide array of places to lie and sunbathe, relax with a good book, socialize with friends and family, and dine alfresco. There is a very inviting swimming pool at the heart of the property, while stone pathways connect a number of different spaces, leading to more sitting areas and views.

The covered sitting and dining areas provide a connection from outside to in, where an L-shaped sofa is directed towards the TV. The indoor dining table is adjacent to the kitchen with its glossy white cabinets contrasting against the charcoal colored countertops and high-end black and stainless appliances. Overall, Villa Pajoma has the ambiance of a traditional Caribbean villa yet has a touch of the exotic with numerous decorative pieces of an African theme.

Bedrooms one and two are on the main, pool level with direct access to the terraces and pool. Double aspect windows and doors let in plenty of light and ocean breezes, and each bedroom has a private ensuite. The master suite is set in its own bungalow, separated from the rest on a slightly lower level of the property. This larger bedroom has an elegant ambiance and feels very private with its own covered terrace and close proximity to the lower deck, from which the views are arguably the best.
