This 2-story villa is light, bright and inviting in every way. Set just about at eye level with the bay, the views are one of the biggest highlights to this villa. Watch boats and people come and go from your own private piece of paradise, while from inside the infinity pool it feels as though guests can swim right into the bay. At one end of the pool deck there’s a gazebo with massive day-bed, and under the terrace a huge swinging day-bed provides the ultimate place to relax. A dining area and outdoor living area rounds off the exterior spaces, without forgetting the steps down to your private beach where you can feel the sand beneath your feet.

Inside, the layout of the living area provides versatility thanks to a dividing wall between the dining room and sitting room that can be retracted or closed depending on the situation, providing a more cozy space for kids or adults to watch TV. The big dining table has room for 10 to dine while enjoying the views, and the kitchen is off to the side of this space, behind a breakfast bar, and fully equipped for everyday as well as extravagant meal preparation.

Reached via a very stylish floating staircase, the villa’s three bedroom suites are all upstairs. These are relaxing spaces that are not overly cluttered, feeling bright and inviting. Touches of color accent the white and there’s a small desk in each of the three suites plus a Juliet balcony so you can open the floor to ceiling windows all the way and allow the sea breezes to blow through. Each bathroom follows the same color scheme as its corresponding bedroom and is modern and bright.
