Situated just a little way up the hillside above St Jean, Villa Golden Palm provides lovely vistas of St Jean Bay beyond a canopy of green in the foreground. On the outside, contemporary architecture parades straight lines and angles with feature rock walls on the lower garden level, and a large infinity pool and jacuzzi taking centerstage on the main living level, fronting the spacious terrace where there is room to sunbathe, lounge and dine alfresco.

Flooded with light inside, thanks to the dual aspect living room, this is a stunning villa with the highest quality finishes and furnishings. The open plan living room is very large and has feature vaulted ceilings above the kitchen and part of the lounge. The decorative style is predominantly whites and grays with warm woods used in the kitchen, and wood effect tiles for flooring. The kitchen is a great size and benefits from a separate pantry, and as well as dining space outside, there’s an internal dining room and a comfy lounge area. On the villa’s lower level, a well equipped fitness room awaits.

Up to 10 guests can be comfortably accommodated at Golden Palm, making use of the five king size bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. There are three bedrooms on the main level, including the Master with its outdoor shower and gorgeous standalone tub. The other two bedrooms are on the lower level, accessed through the garden. One of these has a relaxing garden view while the other four bedrooms will have guests waking to peaceful sea views.
