As mere icing on the cake, the privacy and tranquility afforded by its location in the pristine heights of Vitet (St Barth’s pinnacle) is supreme, offering unparalleled views of Toiny’s rugged, windswept landscapes, as well as the sensuous silhouettes of neighboring islands St Kitts and Nevis.

The villa’s exteriors are marked by the teal tones of a giant half-moon infinity pool, spilling over into the azure cove of Toiny. Ample outdoor seating delivers the ultimate in lounging and sunbathing. A mini coconut grove backs the sundrenched deck and provides a shady, open-air venue for convivial picnicking. Rich landscaping of the grounds includes a vast, beautifully manicured green lawn stretching out in front of the villa.

Interiors were cleverly devised on two levels and make generous use of oversized glass walls, arched windows and doors to capture every inch of the wild beauty of the surrounding vistas. An elegant living and dining room on the upper level precedes the gourmet kitchen, equipped with private wine cellar and friendly pass-through bar out onto the sundeck. The low-lit cavern-like home cinema entertains flawlessly, and yet still does not forgo the view.

Four voluminous bedrooms with exquisite en suite baths complete the property. King beds are dressed in lavish linens where the ocean views sublime unassuming contemporary décor.

Still yet, another unique and ingenious feature of villa Aureve…an organic anti-mosquito barrier has been installed around the house by way of essential oil misting and is 100% pesticide-free. And finally…a live-in caretaker is available upon request for personal needs such as meal preparation and laundry services.
