The beauty of this villa is in its natural surroundings. Rather than stripping everything away so as to open the view, palm trees and foliage have been left, framing the views of the ocean, providing privacy but also a great sense of natural serenity. The wonderful ocean views can be enjoyed from the terrace, the swimming pool and indoor areas too. Unwind on the hammock, at one end of the terrace, dine alfresco while soaking in the views, or relax on the additional patio off the bedroom on the lower level, there are ample outdoor spaces for everyone.

Inside is practical yet beautifully simple and white. Ideal for guests who want to enjoy their surroundings rather than getting tied up in the little details. There are plenty enough furnishings for this to be a comfortable vacation villa for the entire family, or a group of friends, with an open plan living area that’s ideal for social gatherings. A kitchen lines the back wall and there’s a spacious dining area, plus a large and comfy sofa that invites you to lie back and relax, all set under a traditional St Barth’s white wood vaulted ceiling.

Villa Aliza has a great layout that provides lots of space in the bedrooms, and plenty of separation. The Master Suite is off the living area and has direct access to the pool and terrace, and lovely views. Part of this suite includes an office with daybed that would be perfect for a child, and there’s a large ensuite bathroom. The second ensuite bedroom is set in a small bungalow off to one side of the pool, and it too has views. The third bedroom, also set in its own bungalow, is on a lower level with a large private deck as well as a kitchenette and bathroom, of course.
